The cat's been out of the bag for a few years now. I first heard this spelled out by mega CPA rock star Tom Bell and these days you can't open your email without getting pimped another Clickbank + Adwords infoproduct about review pages.
Kelly Felix gets credit for making this mainstream and every Clickbank junkie has been getting their fix ever since.
The thing is... you're hard pressed to find the ENTIRE MODEL. In other words - they are holding back on you.
If you know what to look for, the information is right out there. The thing is... it's a little "dirty"... a little "grey" and a lot of people get uncomfortable anytime someone with enough balls says

Well, that's fine and dandy but let me tell you something straight out -
Your competitors are feeding their visitors cookies each and every chance they get and that's one of the many reasons they are kicking your ass.
If you don't know what's going on and don't know a cookie from a sweet cream banana split let me help here...
cookie stuffing is when your affiliate code gets stored on someone's machine without them knowing it. They don't even have to click on a link necessarily.
They load a page and BAM! Your affiliate code for whatever website you want is loaded just as if the person clicked your affiliate link... except they never did a fucking thing.
Now I'll be the first to tell you that cookie stuffing can be very controversial. There are some serious black hat marketers out there that are stuffing computers will all sorts of pills, porn, casino, eBay, and amazon offers they can get their hands on.
